Dual Citizenship

This information is primarily for America Citizens, but most of the information will apply to citizens of other counties as well.
The questions that are generally asked with reference to "Dual Citizenship" are:
(1)  Can I be a citizen of two countries?  The answer to this question is "yes." You can actually become a citizen of more than two.  There is probably no advantage to having more than two, but it is possible.  In some cases, you lose your citizenship in one country if you become a citizen in another.  China, for example, only permits one citizenship.
(2)  Do I lose my American Citizenship if I become a citizen of another country?
The answer to this question is "probably not, unless you want to lose it."  This is a primary concern for anyone considering dual citizenship.  Unless, you specifically ask to give up your American Citizenship, you will not automatically loose it by becoming a Citizen in another country.  You can lose your American Citizenship by doing some rather obvious things… sedition, pledging allegiance to another country, renouncing your American Citizenship.

(2) You may easily become a citizen of Israel based on your ancestry and ethnicity.
(3) You may become a citizen of another country by going through their "naturalization" process which may take many years.
(4) You may also purchase a “Citizenship.”  In this case, you can be an instant citizen with an instant second passport.

Quote Of The Day

Taken from a internet discussion group about dangerous places.

"As I scroll and check the answers, I can't help but feel discriminated. Why is Mindanao tagged dangerous? Because of moslems? Isn't it discrimination? I am from mindanao and I belong at Region 12 - the city where I am in is quite okay. There are incidents of bombing but, what the heck, bombs are everywhere."
